WorkforceChicago is an organization made up of Chicago-based business leaders dedicated to building the talent pool in companies throughout the region by encouraging continued education and networking. As a joint collaboration between the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) and the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), the group honors leading area companies each year at its annual event.
