Embraer SA in Sao Paulo, Brazil, is ramping up manufacturing and support for the company's Embraer executive jet with announcements of plans for installing a modern service center in Bertram Luiz Leupolz (SOD) airport in Sorocaba, Brazil, as well as for the 100th Embraer executive jet to be delivered in Brazil.
Embraer last week signed a concession agreement with the State of São Paulo in Brazil, which opens the way for a new Embraer executive jet service center for business aviation at Bertram Luiz Leupolz airport.
Earlier, Embraer delivered the company's 100th Embraer executive jet in Brazil - a Medevac version of the Phenom 300 business jet to Amil Resgate Saúde, which Embraer officials say is a veritable flying medical intensive care unit (ICU). Amil Resgate Saúde in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, specializes in medical and rescue aircraft.
