Aprilia, Italy – A new Aero Sekur Inc. facility is to be located in Pensacola, Florida. Designed to provide enhanced levels of support for the company’s products in America, spare parts stocks are available for same day dispatch. With training and maintenance capabilities, the subsidiary will provide support to both operators and repair facilities. Military operators for the company’s maintenance shelters and environmental conditioning units will be supported by the new facility with repair and overhaul capability, spares, and training.
The company has also developed a flotation system family to be adopted across the AgustaWestland 139, 169, and 189 platforms. As part of the qualification process for the product range, successful ground testing has taken place for the AW169. This landmark reported by Aero Sekur will be followed by full qualification.
