As the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance (PNAA) celebrates its 25th anniversary, its signature event, the ADVANCE Conference, takes center stage. What began as a small, one-day workshop in 2001 has evolved into one of North America’s premier aerospace gatherings, bringing together OEMs, Tier 1s, suppliers, and innovators from around the world.
The 2026 ADVANCE Conference will mark a milestone year for PNAA, celebrating 25 years of connection, collaboration, and collective growth within the Pacific Northwest aerospace community.
Where the industry comes together
ADVANCE is more than a conference, it’s where the aerospace industry connects. Each year, more than 400 attendees representing every corner of the supply chain gather to share insights, discuss challenges, and explore emerging opportunities.
Through thought-provoking keynotes, executive panels, and technical discussions, participants gain a deep understanding of market conditions, production forecasts, and the technologies shaping the future of manufacturing and design. Beyond the sessions, the event is known for its networking, those hallway conversations, coffee breaks, and evening receptions that spark partnerships and lasting relationships.
A legacy of collaboration
From PNAA’s founding in 2000 with just a handful of suppliers, the organization has grown into a regional powerhouse representing more than 200 companies, academic institutions, and economic development organizations. Over the years, the Pacific Northwest aerospace cluster has faced its share of turbulence yet continues to lead through adaptability and teamwork.
That collaborative spirit is what gave rise to ADVANCE and what keeps it relevant today. The event remains a space where companies of all sizes can engage directly with decision-makers, explore new technologies, and discover ways to strengthen their position in a rapidly changing global supply chain.
Elevating every voice
Beyond ADVANCE, PNAA’s Women in Aerospace Conference program extends the organization’s mission of connection and growth. The Women in Aerospace event, launched in 2014, fosters mentorship, leadership, and allyship across all facets of the industry.
Investing in the future workforce
PNAA is also preparing for the next generation through Aerospace Connect and the Aerospace Career Hub, two initiatives designed to link employers, educators, and job seekers. These programs help ensure that the region’s companies have the skilled talent needed to keep production strong and innovation thriving.
Join the celebration of 25 years of aerospace excellence
As PNAA celebrates this historic milestone, ADVANCE 2026 will honor 25 years of progress while setting the stage for the next era of aerospace growth in the Pacific Northwest. The conference will take place February 9-11, 2026, at the Lynnwood Event Center in Lynnwood, Washington, and will bring together aerospace leaders, engineers, and decision-makers from across the globe.
Register now to join PNAA and celebrate 25 years of collaboration and look ahead to the next generation of aerospace innovation.
