United Grinding North America, Dynamic Machine partner

Dynamic Machine, a Detroit, Michigan-area CNC equipment dealership, has renewed a partnership giving United Grinding North America Inc. customers enhanced access to precision grinding machine sales, service, and application support.

Dynamic Machine’s advanced technical center features United Grinding machine demonstrations, test cuts, turnkey projects, and training. Dynamic’s facility also offers machine retrofits and upgrades as well as engineering services.

Thin Metal Parts (TMP) joins rebranded micrometal Group

Wickeder Group is expanding its micrometal Group through the acquisition of Thin Metal Parts (TMP Inc.) and establishing a new corporate identity. The micrometal Group now operates under the name Micro Component Group, consisting of micrometal GmbH, HP Etch, Etchform, and TMP Inc.

In addition to photo-chemical etching, U.S.-based TMP Inc. brings electroforming capabilities for the creation of ultra-precise, high-resolution metal components with fine features and surface finishes. TMP Inc. also offers laser cutting for intricate patterns and rapid prototyping.

Appointments, promotions, new hires

BLM GROUP USA promoted Gunar Gossard to VP of sales. Since joining BLM GROUP in 2012, Gossard has held positions of progressive sales responsibilities, including regional sales manager, North American sales manager and, most recently, director of sales for five years.

The company also promoted Erin Chasse to director of sales. He served as a national sales manager for BLM GROUP for nearly five years. He also held sales positions at Mazak Optonics Corp. and Trumpf, where he began a 20-plus year career. https://www.blmgroup.com

Methods Machine Tools Inc. promoted Paul Haro to regional sales manager for the company’s Pacific Northwest territory. Most recently an area account executive, Haro assumes sales leadership for a newly defined regional territory covering Northern California, Oregon, and Washington.
