July 2024 winner:
Jared Bohn, Estimator I, Patriot Machine, St. Charles, Missouri
How long have you been in the aerospace business? Two years; I was hired right after college.
How did you become interested in aircraft? My dad was in the Air Force (KC-135 pilot), so I was born and raised around planes. They’ve been a constant fascination as long as I can remember.
What is your favorite aircraft and why? The Dassault Falcon 50. I have a soft spot for trijets, and it has such a sleek and elegant design.
Runners-up:
Nicholas Melton, General Manager, C&S Propeller LLC, Fort Worth, Texas
Greg Baugh, Director of Engineering, Universal Alloy Corp., Canton, Georgia
