October 2022 winner:

Matt Bullington, Manufacturing Engineer, NORDAM, Tulsa, Oklahoma
How long have you been in the aerospace business? About 5 years.
How did you become interested in aircraft? My interest was likely spawned by my grandfather’s fond recollections of the P-51s and Spitfires during WWII.
What is your favorite aircraft and why? Definitely the Lockheed SR-71 and all its variants. It still sets the bar for how far the envelope can be pushed with the proper engineering.
Runners-up:
Luis R. Chavez, Owner, Aviation Parts, El Paso, Texas
Bill Long, Vice President, Loyd’s Aircraft Maintenance Inc., Bakersfield, California
