Cincinnati, Ohio – In its continuing drive for exceptional customer satisfaction, LNS America’s Cincinnati headquarters is now ISO 9001:2008 certified, joining the previously certified LNS facility in Kings Mountain, North Carolina.
ISO 9001:2008 establishes criteria for quality management practices based upon 8 principles: customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making, and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
