Lee Spring acquires Dayon Manufacturing

Acquisition expands miniature spring capabilities.


Lee Spring, a manufacturer of stock and custom springs, has acquired Dayon Manufacturing. Located in Farmington, Connecticut, and established in 1957, Dayon Manufacturing specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of custom miniature and micro springs.

Dayon will continue to serve customers from its existing facility in Farmington, Connecticut. In addition, the company will now have access to a wider range of capabilities through Lee Spring’s global manufacturing operations.

Lee Spring carries a line of 25,000+ stock springs and manufactures custom springs made to customer specifications.
