Double pilot reamer

It’s suited for deep-hole and high precision bore operations where size, control, straightness, and surface finish are critical. High rail gantry machine

The Soraluce HGA, part of the Dynamic Line High Rail Gantry series, is engineered specifically for aerospace manufacturing of large, complex components such as airframes, fuselage structures, and wing elements – often machined from aluminum and composite materials – demanding extreme dynamics and precision.

Designed for high-speed, high-volume aerospace machining, the HGA is a 5-axis machine featuring a 2-axis fork-type contouring head optimized for complex geometries, with spindle speeds up to 20,000rpm. Manual gages for internal diameters

A line of advanced manual variable gages allows for post-process control of diameters, ovality, and taper in a workshop environment.

The M1Star gage can be equipped with a mechanical transmission gage head (MBG) or an electronic transduction gage head (EBG).

The MBG gage head can measure deep or interrupted bores and can be equipped with a dial indicator (analog or digital) or with a dedicated handle including a linear transducer allowing a cable connection to display measurements on other devices.

The EBG gaging system includes an electronic differential LVDT or HBT transducer to transform the measurement into an electronic signal.

Both MBG and EBG gage heads are available with a wireless Bluetooth transmission handle. The MBG gage can also be equipped with the I-Wave2 wireless color screen handle for immediate display of the measurement in the operator’s hand.
