ShearMaster 610 Production Flat Bar Shear combines large capacity with many standard features turning it into a high production shear. The ShearMaster 610 has the capability of shearing 1" x 12" base plate and up to ½" x 24" flat stock. Standard features include: electric stroke control setting to reduce the travel of the upper blade, automatic hydraulic hold down, electric back gage for automatic cycle and a 10hp motor for fast cycle times. This shear is capable of 12 full strokes or 30 half strokes per minute. For the enduser who wants a totally automated shear, this machine is designed to couple with the Scotchman Advanced Feed System. The Scotchman Advanced Feed System comes complete with a programmable controller, allowing you to set up to 99 different programs. This system automatically moves your material to position and cycles the machine.
