Mitsubishi will showcase an extensive lineup of complementary technologies at EASTEC booth #1043.
The DX510, the second generation of Mitsubishi Waterjet, has been designed to complement EDM technology with the precision of Mitsubishi controls and servo system. The 4-axis machine's software features Intelligent Tapering Control, which corrects the natural tapering of the cut automatically.
Through the CNC, it inclines the waterjet up to ±2° while pointing the jet toward the cutting direction. This process allows for the optimum cutting speed in a contour with accurate wall straightness.
