This benchtop multisensor metrology system, Quest 300, offers micronlevel measurements within a 300mm x 300mm x 250mm (12" x 12" x 10") travel. With multisensor versatility, Quest 300 verifies the critical dimensions of a wide range of parts, virtually any material, color, softness or opacity. A measurement routine for one part is easily repeated for a batch of fixtured parts, providing throughput to support production requirements. SmartScope Quest features a designed-for-multisensor mechanical design with machined-in axial straightness and perpendicularity, with a patented twin-Z elevating bridge for structural integrity.
A number of optional multisensor technologies are available for SmartScope Quest 300, to accommodate a variety of measurement requirements. An available laser pointer speeds video measurements through rapid feature location at any magnification. A new TTL (through-the-lens) laser utilizing interferometric technology provides non-contact surface points and surface contouring. Available touch trigger probes add another level of capability for hard-to-image parts. Feather Probe, with its miniature probes and micro-sensing technology, can access tiny features on the most delicate micro-manufactured parts. The whitelight- scanning Rainbow Probe offers highly accurate non-contact surface measurement.
SmartScope Quest 300 operates with OGP's MeasureMind 3D MultiSensor metrology software. Other optional software includes SmartFit 3D, a fast and accurate 2D/3D best-fitting and analysis software that optimizes the value of measurement data; SmartProfile, a 3D best-fitting software package used in a GD&T environment; software for SPC, 3D CAD import, and custom report writing.
Also being shown will be SmartProfile 3D GD&T fitting software.
