Virgin Galactic and Scaled Composites have teamed up to form The SpaceShip Company, an initiative to send the first group of tourists to space. The WhiteKnightTwo carrier aircraft and SpaceShipTwo are nearing completion, and future astronauts are anxiously awaiting their turn to vacation to the stars.
