Greenlee Diamond Tool will showcase diamond and CBN product capabilities. Products include diamond wheels that improve material removal rates, reduce machine cycle times and significantly reduce costs when grinding round tools on CNC equipment; single-layer direct electroplated wheels that offer a cost/performance advantage in the form grinding of aluminum oxide and the cutoff grinding of glass-filled polymers; and a vitrified diamond wheel made for the manufacture and re-sharpening of PCD cutting tools.
Also on display in the Greenlee booth include CBN polyamide grinding wheels that provide increased material removal rates, longer wheel life, and enhanced form holding capabilities when grinding hardened tool steels and diamond-plated band saw blades.
