The latest addition to the SmartScope line of 3D Multisensor Metrology systems, SmartScope M130 offers the next generation of enhancements in image accuracy, optics, and throughput for manufacturers crafting large, heavy parts.
Larger parts can contain many more detailed features, and the M130 optical system is telecentric with no distortion, achieving more accurate measurements particularly at low magnification with more part features in the field of view.
At the core of SmartScope M130 is the IntelliCentric-M Optical System, featuring fixed optics with a 20-megapixel camera and proprietary VIRTUAL ZOOM technology. The streamlined IntelliCentric-M optics allow instant magnification changes throughout the same zoom range as a traditional mechanical zoom system, resulting in faster runtime while requiring less downtime for maintenance. Combined with advanced sensors, illumination, and accessories, the IntelliCentric-M system achieves class-leading optical measurement speeds.
M-Series systems take advantage of the advanced edge detection algorithms, parallel processing, and routine optimization found in ZONE3 metrology software to deliver advanced throughput and enhanced accuracy.

The large format 3D multisensor video measurement platform SmartScope M130 offers a standard X-Y-Z-travel of 790mm x 815mm x 200mm, optional 300mm or 400mm Z-axis, and payload capacity of 75kg (165 lb). An innovative base design results in a lower stage height, allowing users to load and unload heavy parts or oversized fixtures with ease.
