Prospect Heights, Illinois – Heimatec Precision Tools welcomes Dan Hallihan as new regional sales manager. Hallihan brings with him almost 10 years of tool and machine shop experience and a background in sales and marketing.
Hallihan most recently worked as a manufacturer’s representative for D&D Sales & Manufacturing in Ohio where he set up distribution channels for manufacturers and planned sales calls in various territories. Before that he was the regional sales manager for Sowa Tool, Inc. in Maumee, Ohio where he exceeded sales growth targets while successfully managing a 15 state territory.
Hallihan joins Heimatec with plans to expand tooling sales in the Midwest. His current territories are Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri.
Hallihan, originally from Ontario, Canada, attended Conestoga College Institute of Technology.
Heimatec Precision Tools – which develops and manufactures live tools, angle heads, and multi-spindle drill heads – has U.S. distribution headquarters in Prospect Heights, Illinois, and world headquarters and manufacturing in Germany.
