Most aerospace components, especially engine turbine parts, are notoriously difficult to manufacture due to industry-mandated intense inspection and validation requirements, tough-to-machine raw part materials and long processing cycle times. Marchand explains how advanced surface and profile grinding technologies combined with cutting-edge automation can help shops overcome many, if not all, of these challenges.
